		<description>Thanks Todd - Its always worth setting a good timeout value for cfhttp (that overrides the default one set in cf admin). In conjunction with the cfsetting (for the page timeout), this should help with a huge list of ping urls.</description>

		<description>If you&#039;re adventurous you could try setting a timeout of 1 on the cfhttp call that does the ping.  In theory the request should complete and since you do not need to do anything with the response the loop will just continue on to the next ping (kind of like a poor mans cfthread if you will).</description>
